Our Classes include:

 

BOXING/PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO - 1  

 

BOX FIT (60 mins):  An advanced and hi-intensity workout including boxing drills, plyometrics and conditioning exercises.

 

GENTLE EXERCISE (45 mins):  A very low impact class for the active over 50’s.  Increase fitness, strength and general well-being in a fun and social way.

 

GYMBAROO  This is an exercise program catering from babies to school aged children. Associating exercise with fun develops a positive approach to exercise now and in the future; just what we want for our kids! For bookings and enquiries 0425 378 251.     

 

ENERGY STUDIO - 2  

 

X55 (55 mins):  This is an extreme energy and intense class  which provides an ideal workout to burn fat and give maximum tone to all the muscles in the body.

 

CARDIO BLAST (60 mins):  A combination of boxing drills, resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning.  Similar format to Boot Camp with pure adrenalin pumping action. Bring your gloves.

 

MIND BODY STUDIO - 3  

 

PILATES (60 mins):  Designed to increase your flexibility, improve muscle tone, posture and to produce a leaner, stronger body.

 

PILATES LEVEL 1 (60 mins):  A more advanced Pilates, requiring that you have participated in at least six Pilates classes.

 

HATHA M1 YOGA (60 mins): A dynamic and modified yoga including breathing techniques, mind focus and meditation.

 

HARDCORE (30 mins):  Want world class abs?  You’ve got it! 30 minutes entirely devoted to core conditioning and waist shaping.         

 

FITBALL (45 mins):  A surperior way to improve balance, core stability and strength. Bounce up to the challenge!

 

 

CYCLE STUDIO - 4  

 

CYCLE + ABS (60 mins):  A combination of classes comprising 40 mins of cycling for cardiovascular benefit, 15 mins on abdominals and 5 mins of stretching to finish.        

 

AQUAFITNESS  

 

AQUA GENTLE (45 mins):  A low intensity class designed for the active over 50’s.  Easy paced and aimed at increasing fitness and coordination while taking pressure off joints.  Interactive and fun!

 

AQUA WORKS (45 mins):  A shallow water class aimed at beginner to intermediate participants.  An easy to follow, continuous paced class of low to moderate pace.

 

AQUA ACTIVE (45 mins):  A challenging workout for intermediate to advanced participants. High intensity class involving the use of a variety of equipment.
