No long term commitment needed! You can sign up for a month by month membership which gives you the flexibility of no contracts, no cancellation fee and no time hold.

You'll love the freedom that having an M1 membership brings, like being able to participate in one of our 90 odd group exercise classes, or lap swimming in the 25 metre pool, or a great workout on one of the largest installation of gym equipment installations in Australia!
As well, we have fabulous amenities. A mens an womens steam room, solarium, keyless lockers and spotless change rooms. We've even got hairdryers so you you can look your best after a workout!
