M1 has extended trading hours to meet the needs of those with busy schedules.
Monday – Thursday 5am – 10pm
Friday 5am – 9pm
Saturday 6am – 6pm
Sunday 7am – 7pm
Public Holidays 8am – 6pm
Please Note M1 is closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday

Our rehabilitation programs stand us apart from the rest!
M1 Health & Fitness in association with The Exercise Clinic specialises in rehabilitation for Cardiovascular disease, Osteoporosis and Diabetes.
The Exercise Clinic employes university-qualified Exercise Physiologists who work together to assess, prescribe and deliver exercise-based programs which optimise health outcomes.
